Initial Internal Audit

Following your initial enquiry and telephone conversation, it may be necessary for an Engineer to visit at a convenient time to further discuss your IT support requirements.  From this meeting we will be able to ascertain the most productive and cost effective solution to suit all parties involved.

Moving forward, an Initial Internal Audit will be carried out, enabling us to make observations, considerations and subsequently recommendations, that will improve your currect setup.

Based on the results of our initial audit and information we have gained from our discussions with you, we will provide you with a service proposal based on a number of support hours per year.  Typically:

0-10 Computers : 10-50 Hours

10-20 Computers : 50-150 Hours

20-50 Computers : 150-500 Hours
