Service Delivery

We are always available for troubleshooting and resolving individual incidents if required, even if you have never used us before.

Customers can log incidents in any one of the following ways:

Available 8:00am – 18:00pm 7 days a week

Your call will be answered and logged by one of our computer engineers ensuring that all details are accurate and the problem is understood.

Email Service

We set our own internal Service Level Agreements (SLA) that require us to at least respond support calls within 4 hours. The following are the methods we use to provide support:

Telephone Support – Preferred for advice and guidance
Remote Support – Preferred for straight forward solutions
Onsite Support – Preferred for troubleshooting and project work

We are committed to using “your” time as productively as possible.  We feel the less time we spend travelling the more time we can utilise to troubleshoot your IT issues.
